How to create a new page
Make sure you are first registered and logged in.
Type in whatever you want in the search bar on the left side.
If there is no page already, it will say, "do you want to create this page?"
If not, add an edit to the current page.
Formatting
Add '' (those are 2 consecutive apostrophes not a quote) before and after a sentence or phrase to italicize it.
For example ''italics here'' shows up as:
Italics here
How do I cite an offsite source?
When you want to cite an offsite source, for instance a thread on amkon, put <ref>(url here)</ref> right next to the information you are citing.
Then at the bottom add a footnote
==Footnote==
and add this right below it:
<references/>
You don't need to mention the url again, it will list the urls in order at the bottom and number them.
Another Way to Cite An External Source
Or if you want you could add an ==External Links== line at the bottom and list the full link there.
To Setup A Redirect
#REDIRECT [[page you want to redirect to, has to be exactly the same, capitals/lowercase included]]
How do I add an image to the wiki?
Copy the direct link to the file and the image will appear where you want it.
For example:
http://a3.twimg.com/profile_images/596289681/Screen_shot_2009-12-28_at_2.02.50_AM.png
Shows up as:
